Oh my, that's a lot of spankings

Hi there. We had a fun little weekend on the farm. We all spent a lot of family time in the combine -- nothing broke down and they got a lot done. On Sunday, we met up with Nana and Aunt Corrie for a quick lunch and some shopping. I practiced riding a bike at Grandma D's and got pretty good at doing it with no training wheels, whoopee!

Mom celebrated her birthday with us today. We started off the day by letting her sleep in. I took Zach downstairs around 7:30 and didn't let him bug Mom until 8:30. She was pretty shocked/surprised/freaked out when she woke up that late. Good thing I didn't have school today. We went to Romper Room with some friends, out to lunch, picked up our cow from the butcher's and then made Mom's cake. She had a german chocolate cake this year, it was great! After dinner, Mom and I went to the gym -- she did body pump while I did the growing strong program there. We finished off the night with singing, cake and lots of birthday spankings. Mom got some flowers from Dad, wine from a friend, cards from lots of people and a beautiful card from me. Mom said she had a great day!

I am off school until Thursday for conferences/Veteran's Day break. I think we're going to the museum tomorrow.
